The management group has developed over 400,000 sq ft, refurbished over 1 m sq ft from the ground up, run investment strategies on around 2 m sq ft of commercial assets, developed over 200 + apartments, achieved 25 successful planning applications and currently manages seven hotels. 

Dushmantha Kasun is a highly experienced professional who holds the Corporate Development and Planning role at Steradian Capital. In this position, he oversees all assets and property across the organization, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating with the administration and accounting teams to ensure that all resources are being used optimally and that the company meets its financial targets.

Dushmantha is a highly qualified individual with a wealth of experience in finance and accounting. He is currently completing his Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification and has previously earned a diploma in Financial Accounting from the prestigious Aquinas University College in Sri Lanka. He has also completed the Computer Hardware Engineering & Network Administration program from Raytronics Computer Systems (Pvt) Ltd.

In his role as Corporate Development and Planning, Dushmantha brings a unique perspective to the company, combining his extensive experience in finance with his deep understanding of business operations. He is a key team member, working closely with senior management to drive the company's growth and success.

As the Head of Leisure Sales for the W15 Collection, Nadeera Fernando is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in the inbound travel and hospitality industry. Ms. Fernando's expertise lies in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Ms. Fernando holds a Master's degree in Modern Arts from the prestigious University of Sorbonne, where she honed her critical thinking and analytical skills. Her education and extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industry enable her to offer valuable insights and innovative solutions to the organization.

As Head of Leisure Sales, Ms. Fernando is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the W15 Collection. She works closely with her team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships with key clients.

Ms. Fernando is a dynamic leader who is committed to achieving results. Her ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike has been instrumental in driving the success of the W15 Collection. Nadeera Fernando

Ishara Jayasundara is a highly qualified professional with a wealth of experience in residential sales. As the Head of Residential Sales for Steradian Capital, Ms. Jayasundara manages the sales team and oversees all marketing activities for the Mulberry Residence project.

Ms. Jayasundara holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, and an MBA. Her extensive education and experience have equipped her with the skills necessary to achieve sales and collection targets while effectively managing the administration and operational work of the sales team.

Ms. Jayasundara is a results-driven leader committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for her team and the organization. She works closely with her team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.

In her role, Ms. Jayasundara plays a vital role in ensuring the success of the Mulberry Residence project. She is responsible for managing the project's sales and collection targets and overseeing the sales team's administration and operational work. Ishara Jayasundara

Johann Ratwatte is an accomplished Asset Management professional with a wealth of experience in the property development, construction, and property management industries. As the Head of Asset Management, Mr. Ratwatte coordinates property development, construction, and management activities for Steradian Capital and its affiliated companies.

Mr. Ratwatte is leading the coordination of the Unity Plaza refurbishment project, which is a vital component of the organization's property development efforts. In addition, he plays a crucial role in managing HQ Colombo lettings and operations, ensuring that all properties under the organization's purview are optimized for success.

With his extensive experience in asset management, Mr. Ratwatte brings a wealth of expertise to the organization. Johann Ratwatte

Isuru Wickramaarachchi is an accomplished Facilities Manager with extensive experience managing various facilities, including HQ Colombo and other properties managed by Steradian Capital. With a proven track record of excellence in his field, Isuru oversees all aspects of facility management, including attending to tenant inquiries and requests, ensuring the timely delivery of services, and maintaining a high standard of quality for all facilities.

In addition to his exceptional skills in facilities management, Isuru is also an expert in project management, having successfully led several projects to improve facility operations' efficiency and effectiveness. His keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills have enabled him to achieve outstanding results in his role.

Isuru holds a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management from the University of Moratuwa, and he regularly attends professional development courses and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in his field. Isuru Wickramaarachchi

Dilini De Silva is an accomplished Human Resource Management professional with a wealth of experience in leading the HR function for Steradian Capital and its affiliated companies. As the Head of Human Resources, Ms. De Silva is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that foster a high-performance organizational culture.

With a strong educational background, Ms. De Silva holds an MBA (General) from the University of Colombo, an MSc in Project Management from GIPM, and a BSc (Hons) in BioScience from the University of Colombo PQHRM (IPM). Her academic qualifications give her a solid foundation in business management, project management, and HR practices.

Ms. De Silva collaborates closely with the business to identify opportunities for improvement and implement team and organizational design solutions that drive measurable performance improvements. She provides strategic direction and guidance to the HR team, ensuring all HR initiatives align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Ms. De Silva's expertise in HR management has been instrumental in driving the organization's success. She is a Chartered Toastmasters International Club member, reflecting her excellent communication and leadership skills. Additionally, she regularly contributes to the B+ eMagazine, where she shares her insights on HR practices and management.

Dilini De Silva

Mr. Morgan is the Chairman and CEO of The Animal Magic Group of Companies. Mr. Morgan is a lifelong entrepreneur, born in London and educated at Harrow School. He finished his higher education qualified in Construction Engineering and Building Management in 1968 whilst indentured to George Wimpey and Co, then one of the most prominent British Building and Civil Engineering Companies. His early business enterprises, which started in 1969, were quite diverse and included the logistics and leisure industries. In 1988 he moved from the UK to the Netherlands and became involved in the Toy Industry. This resulted in the foundation of what has grown, over the past 30 years, to become The Animal Magic Group, a private company based in Hong Kong with extensive manufacturing facilities in Southern China and sales across the globe.

Piers Morgan

Mr. Jamaldeen is a finance professional with over 19 years of experience and a seasoned commercial property investor and advisor. Mr. Jamaldeen serves as a Director of Hayleys PLC, Talawakelle Tea Estates PLC, Haycarb PLC, Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, Singer Industries (Ceylon) PLC, Regnis (Lanka) PLC. He is the Founding Managing Director of Steradian Capital Investments (Pvt) Ltd. and is responsible for financing, corporate structuring, acquisitions and development. 

He has also been the Executive Director of a number of real estate companies, focusing on commercial property investment and development. In addition to this, he held several director-level positions, including being a member of the Interim Committee for Sri Lanka Cricket and currently serves as the Treasurer at Moors Sports Club. 

He also previously served as a Director of the Peoples Bank, and as a Director of the Atomic Energy Board of Sri Lanka. Mr. Jamaldeen is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, UK and holds a degree in Engineering and Business from the University of Warwick, UK.

Hardy Jamaldeen

Mr. Warman is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. He has practised in commercial and residential real estate. He has been involved in investment brokerage, leasing and letting, valuations and development appraisals, initially in the city and West End of London at Hexell Wylie (now Savills). Mr. Warman was the Property Director at Newbridge Capital Investments Limited, a property investments and development company transacting directly into UK commercial and London residential markets. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Steradian Capital Investments (Pvt) Ltd. He also currently operates as the executive director for Nth Degree. Archie achieved a MA in Property Valuation and Law at Cass Business School (City University – London) and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Warman has also raised significant funds for Nystagmus which is close to his heart. Mr. Warman concentrates on asset management initiatives, marketing, development, equity raising and investor reporting.
